ECTENE's Hiring VoIP Engineers

ECTENE is hiring experienced VoIP engineers, familiar with all VoIP aspects: programming, QA, troubleshooting, security, etc. The candidates should have a wide and deep knowledge and experience with the telephony world. Preferably at least +3 years of hands-on experience with Asterisk and Linux. The details of the criteria are as follows:
Degree in Computer Science
The applicant must have a degree in computer science or software engineering or any of the related fields.
Programming Skills
The applicant must have adequate knowledge and experience in programming.
Telecommunciation Knowledge
The candidate is highly advised to possess knowledge in telecommunication switching and VoIP systems.
Knowledge/Experience in Android
The applicant is highly advised to have knowledge as well as past experience in android.
Knowledge in Asterisk
The candidate is highly encouraged to have knowledge and hands-on experience in Asterisk and multi-Asterisk architecture.
Front/Back-End
Knowledge in front-end and back-end of web interfaces is preferred.
Knowledge in Linux
The applicant should have adequate knowledge of terminology, basic programming and configuration in Linux.
Knowledge in Docker and Containers
Knowledge in Docker and Containers is preferred.
PBX, SIP, RTP
Strong knowledge in PBX, SIP, RTP.
Knowledge in PHP
The candidate is highly encouraged to have knowledge in PHP.
Firewall & NAT
Understanding of NAT and firewall issues as they relate to VoIP.
Past Experience
Past experience in the industry could be highly advantageous.
OSI Model
Deep understanding of OSI model.
Kamailio
Experience with Kamailio.
Business Development Experience
People with past experience in business development, marketing and sales would be prioritized for the position.
